How long will my order take to arrive?
You’re buying from an independent artist (thanks so much!), I make everything and run the shop myself, so it might take a little longer than an amazon order. That being said I usually ship out orders twice a week, so unless things get super backed up, you can expect your order to ship out within a few days. You will receive an email from my shop when your order has been packed and processed. Once you get the email, USPS will usually have the package to you in 3-5 days if you live in the continental US. I can’t really guarantee how long your package will take if you live anywhere else, but typically international orders get to their destination in a week or two.
Will I get a tracking number?
Depends, I try to get my packages sent as inexpensively as possible and the USPS has pretty specific rules about tracking small packages. If you selected Priority Shipping at checkout, then yes you will always get a tracking number. If you selected First Class, then maybe. If you ordered 3 items or fewer, probably not, any more than that will get you over a package thickness threshold and tracking will kick in. I don’t make the rules.
My package arrived, but its mangled and is leaking a mysterious ooze (?)
Happens. As much as I try to package everything to be post office resistant, sometimes a sorting machine with an axe to grind has other plans. Please let me know! I’m pretty nice and will probably just resend your order as long as you are also nice and chill. But when the time comes to rise up against the postal service, I expect you to have my back! Also, If the package is leaking I would recommend you not open it.
I have a charge on my card from your shop but didn’t order anything?
This has happened multiple times, and it is always a small person under you care. The charge is coming from inside the house, I promise. So check with your kids, but also feel free to reach out to me at email@example.com.
If you bought a Character Booklet or anything with a digital component, you will receive a download link with your order receipt. If you bought books for your whole party, feel free to share that link with your fellow adventurers, but please don’t post it up on reddit or something (this is my livelihood!). My shop will let me know if a link is used an excessive amount of times, so if you setup a bootleg operation I will be proud of you and your hustle, but also reserve the right to revoke your access to my precious files.
From time to time I update the digital character sheet files with edits and new features. Your link will always take you to the latest version.
I used to use Itch.io for my digital fulfillment, but the system didn’t integrate to well and ended up being a pretty big time suck for me. That being said, if you would rather have a download link for itch, just hit me up at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get it sorted.
I’m a man of business, and as such I need to gather and retain certain information about other people. Here’s what I do with that info.
I use your email to send you updates about your order and deliver digital products. That is all. If while checking out you left the box checked to receive email updates from me about products and other cool stuff, your email will also be added to my mailing list. If you don’t want to be a part of my newsletter anymore, no hard feelings, there is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email.
Name and Address
Your name and address will remain in my system along with details about your order just encase something goes wrong with your order and I need to resend or correct it. This is pretty standard, and your info is stored securely. That being said, I totally understand if you want that information scrubbed, maybe you’re goin into witness protection, or maybe you’re just really cautious about getting doxed, it’s none of my business, just send me an email and we can work out getting you blasted from my database and backups.
I use a third party to process all of my shops monetary transactions (Stripe or Paypal). I do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card information or any of your banking information. If you feel like you have been charged by my store in error, please send me an email (email@example.com), but you can also file a dispute with stripe or paypal to have the charge reversed.
